Class Registration and Policies
Classes and or workshops cannot be registered for online. Please call with a credit card number to register for all classes and or to make payment In-Full arrangements. (801) 487-2773. Pre-payment is required to register and hold your spot. You may pay by check, Visa, MC, Discover or Cash. Until payment is received, you are not guaranteed a space.
•Classes here at Western Art Glass are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. We have a strict 7 day cancellation policy. No exceptions as class sizes are limited and fairness to all. Please keep this in mind when registering and signing up for a class. If you are registering for someone else, you are the one signing them up and you are responsible for that persons registration and following our policy guideline. All consecutive week classes have no make-ups. Each week and or class session is important and valuable class learning is involved. You need to be at class each week.
Even with a voucher and or a gift certificate all our class policies for registering and cancellation still apply and you are still required to call and register as space is limited. Vouchers with Living Social and Big Deal Utah include in the value the rental fee and use of our class room tools so you will not be required to purchase tools and or pay a tool rental fee.
If you cancel or transfer:
Our class fee includes a $15 non-refundable, non-transferable registration fee, which is forfeited by those who cancel a registration or transfer a registration to another class session more than 7 days before the original class start date. Students who cancel or transfer registration even with a gift certificate seven or more days prior to the beginning of a class who originally paid all monies directly to Western Art Glass will receive a refund of the class fee minus the $15 registration fee. Cancellations made fewer or less than 7 days prior will be refunded or exchanged only if we are able to fill your cancelled spot. In order to keep class costs low for all, we make no exceptions to this policy for any reason.
With the Living Social Voucher, if you signed up for a class and cancel inside and or less than the 7 day mark, your voucher will be subject to forfeit. However there is no penalty or registration fee to cancel or transfer outside the 7 days. The voucher is good for 1 complete sessions, no substitutions and or makeups. No exceptions. You may yourself transfer the voucher to any 1 person of your choice following the guidelines of either an adult or a young adult 12 or older accompanied to the workshop with a guardian. The Living Social Voucher may be used towards any class or workshop for the full value of the voucher deal, but is not valid to purchase tools, glass, supplies, materials or pattern books. The voucher is vail to be used thru the date of June 20, 2012.
If we cancel:
Our minimum class size is 4 PAID students. In the unlikely event that we cancel a class due to low enrollment, those who have registered will receive a full refund. Whenever possible, cancellations are made at least 4 days before the class start date. If a class is cancelled, we are not responsible for reimbursing travel costs or other reservation fees.
•Unless Specified tools and materials are not included in the class fee, but tools and supplies are available for purchase here at Western Art Glass
*If you have access to any tools or supplies and or materials, you may bring them for your use.
**Please keep in mind during all the classes offered, we work with raw cut glass pieces and elements which means it is sharp and can cut you. For insurance and liability purposes, anyone under over the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult and or guardian who will accompany them during ALL class hours. Between ages 16 - 18, parent or guardian must sign our supplied release waiver form.
Unless noted, all tools and supplies are not included in the class fee, but are available for purchase here at Western Art Glass. At this time, all workshops include the use of our class room tools.
