Registration Policies

Registration & Payment:


Classes are filled on a first come, first served basis. To register for a class, please call Western Art Glass at (801) 487-2773. Classes are limited in size and payment in full is expected at the time of registration. We accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card or you may mail a check. Your card will be charged when you call to register. Once payment is received, you will be sent an email confirmation of your registration.

NOTE: We do not keep your financial information on file after payment processes.



Due to the classroom size and in consideration of students who have paid to participate in a class, PAID students only are allowed during class time.

Cancellation Refund Policy:

For a consecutive weekly class and or a class taught by a representative of Western Art Glass: If the cancellation request is made more than 14 days before the first day of class, you will be refunded the class fee minus a $30 processing fee. Students who cancel class 14 days or less before the start of class are not entitled to a refund.

Materials:


Unless specified, tools and materials are not included in any class fee. All tools and supplies are available for purchase at Western Art Glass.  You are welcome to bring your own or borrowed tools, supplies and materials (unless otherwise noted) however, we cannot guarantee success as the quality of those materials, supplies and tools may vary.

NOTE: All fusible glass going into our kilns must be purchased at Western Art Glass. We reserve the right to deny any questionable fusible embellishments of any kind for any reason.

Visiting Instructor Registration:


In the unlikely reason Western Art Glass and or any visiting instructor must cancel the class you will receive a Full 100% Class Fee & Material Refund. *No Travel Reimbursement

If you cancel your spot in the class 30 days or more before the start of the class, a refund minus a $30 processing fee will be given to you. If you wish to cancel your registration less than 30 days before the start of of the class, a refund will be given only if your spot can be replaced. There are no exceptions to this policy. When you register for a class, we plan on you coming and plan way in advance for materials for you to attend. *No travel reimbursement applies whatsoever.
